| The company, founded 20 of March 1991, is a subsidiary of Vardhman Spinning & General Mills Ltd. in Ludhiana. The spinning mill operates 60’192 ring spindles and 1’152 rotor spinning positions. The yarns spun are 100% carded and combed cotton yarns and yarns from PES/CO blends, wool, linen, Tencel and dyed materials. The rotor yarns spun are in the range from Ne 6 to Ne 20 counts. The annual production amounts to around 400 tons of yarn, of which approx. 5 to 10 percent go into export. Key customers are: Auro Weaving Mill, Lacoste, Ashima, Morarjee, Arvind, Shinko Japan, Nishimbo, Kitan, Gibor, Marubeni, Scallywag and others.
